Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients
- Water: a cup and a half (boiled)
- Oatmeal: cup
- Butter: half cup (soft)
- Brown sugar: three-quarters of a cup
- Eggs: 2 tablets
- Vanilla: a teaspoon
- Cinnamon: a teaspoon (ground)
- Baking soda: a teaspoon
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Flour: a cup and a half
- Raisins: half a cup

How to prepare
1. Mix boiling water with oats and leave for 20 minutes.

2. Heat the oven over 350 degrees, make the cake tray and add it to the butter and flour.

3. Beat the sugar and butter with the electric cut until the mixture becomes fragile and open its color.

4. Add the eggs and saute, add the oats and vanilla and mix well.

5. Mix flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda.

6. Add the raisins to the mixture until it is well covered.

7. Add the flour mixture to the sugar, egg, butter and mix mixture until the ingredients are homogenized and the mixture becomes smooth.

8. Mix the mixture in a prepared cake tray and cook for 25 minutes or until cooked.

9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down and then put it in the cake dish. You can sprinkle a little sugar on the face before serving.
