Ingredients
- Warm water: 2 cups
- Sugar: 1/4 teaspoon
- Yeast: a tablespoon and a half
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Flour: 5 cups and half
- Salt: a teaspoon and a half
- Pizza sauce: cup (ready)
- Mozzarella cheese: 2 cups (grated)
- oregano: quarter teaspoon (dryer and grind)

How to prepare
1. Mix warm water with yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix for 5 minutes and then mix again.

2. Add the olive oil, salt, and flour. Add the dough to the dough until it forms a soft, cohesive paste and then pours it into a spread of flour and knead it for 5 minutes.

3. The dough can be kneaded by hand even until the ingredients are homogenized. A soft paste is formed, but the kneading period is about 10 - 15 minutes.

4. Add the dough with a little olive oil and cover it and leave it in a warm place for an hour to ferment and double the size and then spread on the surface sprinkled flour for medium thickness.

5. Cut the dough into small circles by slicing.

6. Place dough circles in a tray covered with a little olive oil.

7. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough and then the oregano.

8. Pour the chicken into the oven for 8 minutes, then remove it and spread the mozzarella cheese over the pizza.

9. Cook the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the pizza is cooked and its feet are hot.
