Tajine Shrimp


We have brought you a recipe for shrimp in the Moroccan way, a recipe rich in spices and taste distinctive


Ingredients
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons large
- tomatoes: 4 grains (medium-sized peeled and chopped)
- Garlic: 6 cloves (minced)
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons (fresh and finely chopped)
- Green Coriander: 2 tablespoons (fresh and finely chopped)
- Paprika: a teaspoon
- Chop: half teaspoon
- Cumin: half a teaspoon
- Laurel paper: 1 sheet
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Shrimp: 1 kilo (shrimp, medium size, peeled except tail)
- Lemon: 3 slices

How to prepare
1. In a deep vase add olive oil, heat a little and then add the chopped garlic and stir for 1 minute and add the tomatoes.

2. Leave the mixture on medium heat for about 12 minutes or until the tomato becomes thick.

3. Reduce the fire slightly and add chopped parsley, coriander, paprika, chili and cumin.

4. Add the bay leaves, salt and black pepper to the sauce with stirring, then add the shrimp to the sauce and leave on fire for a minute and raise the mixture from the fire

5. Pour the mixture into a casserole, add two tablespoons of water and lemon slices and cover with foil, then place in a preheated oven at a high temperature for 10-15 minutes.

6. Serve shrimp with hot rice and green salad. And felicitously and labrum.
