Ingredients
- Onion: 3 pieces (minced)
- Turmeric: a teaspoon

- Salt: a teaspoon

- Ready dough: Quantity (10 minutes paste)
How to prepare
1. Place the chopped onion in the mixing bowl, sprinkle with a teaspoon of turmeric, a teaspoon of ground black pepper, and salt.
2. Add 4 tablespoons of sumac, half a cup of olive oil, then let the onion with spices using your hands.
3. Add the spinach, washed, drained and chopped over the onions, and mix again.

5. Place the prepared spinach dumplings, stuffed with the oil-coated oven tray, and bake at 180 degrees until the pancakes are cooked from the bottom and browned.
