Orange With couscous


Couscous of the famous Moroccan cuisine in the countries of the Arab world, we offer you a new way is orange couscous, presented to your family


Ingredients
- Couscous: 6 cups
- Orange: a kilo and a half (fresh)
- Olive oil: 4 tbsp
- Raisins: 3 tbsp
- Pistachios: as desired (for decoration)

How to prepare
1. Place the couscous in a deep glass container, add olive oil with stirring and then set aside.

2. Squeeze and then lift in a pot over medium heat (taking into consideration leaving about a quarter cup of juice aside).

3. Add the raisins, leave the mixture on fire for 5 minutes until the fruit is soaked from the orange juice and double its size.

4. Sprinkle the couscous with a quantity of juice and stir until all the seeds are covered, then pour the remaining liquid over the couscous mixture and stir well.

5. Cover the couscous tightly and leave for about 10 minutes or until the whole liquid is soaked.

6. Place the couscous in the serving dish and decorate with crushed pistachios.
