Chicken Casserole with lemon and olives.


Moroccan cuisine is famous for the recipe of the casserole, the casserole is the potter pot where the food is cooked in a slow oven, giving the recipe a special taste. Ingredients
- Chicken: chicken (medium size, cleaned and cut into four pieces)
- Onions: 3 beads (medium size and grated)
- Garlic: Vsan (mashed)
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons (minced)
- Green Coriander: 2 tablespoons (minced)
- Pickled lemons: 2 tablets
- Ginger powder: a teaspoon
- Black pepper: a teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
- Saffron: sprinkle (dissolved in a little warm water)
- Cinnamon: a teaspoon (soft)
- Green olives: cup (large cup size)
- Olive oil: a quarter cup

How to prepare
1. Copy the olive oil in a saucepan. Then put the chicken, and reddish a little. Then put onions, ginger, parsley, coriander, turmeric, salt, spices and green olives.

2. Move the whole for 5 minutes. Then add two cups and a half cup of water. Let it boil.

3. Add the pickled lemon, salt and cover the pot. Cook until leveling.

4. Pour into a bowl of pottery or a dish of casserole, decorated with green olives and lemon slices. Sprinkle with a little sesame.



Tip: Add a little vinegar to the chicken before cooking and leave it for an hour or two, helping to speed maturity. The dish can also be served with Moroccan bread or couscous.
