- Mango: 1 piece (peeled, cubed and frozen)
- Bananas: 2 tablets (frozen)
- spinach: cup (minced)
- Green tea: 2 tbsp
- Coconut milk: a cup
How to prepare
1. Put the coconut milk in the electric mixer.
