Vegetable soup with meatballs

How to prepare
1. Heat the butter and oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat, onion hearts, celery, carrots and garlic for 10 minutes with stirring.

2. Add the broth and potato cubes. Bring to boil, cover the pot and cover the fire and leave for 20 minutes.

3. Add the mashed tomatoes, meatballs, salt and cover the pot and leave on the fire for another 15 minutes.

4. Pour the soup in a bowl of zucchini with parsley and hot feet, as well as toast.
