Chicken Moroccan Style


Here's how to cook Moroccan-style chicken for four people

Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 4 pcs (chopped)
- Onion: 2 pcs
- Carrie: a teaspoon
- Cumin: a teaspoon
- sweet red pepper: a teaspoon
- Coriander: a large spoon (chopped)
- Lemon juice: 1 pcs
- Olive oil: 5 ml
- Salt: Brush (as desired)
- White vinegar: half a cup
- Shallots: 1/2 cup (minced)

How to prepare
1 - Soak in the chicken pot in a combination of vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice.

2. In a saucepan, stir in onions, leeks, curries, cumin, red pepper, chopped coriander and a little salt until the onions are cooked.

3. Grind the chicken pieces on the electric grill and serve on the serving dish over the onion mixture.
