- Milk: 118 ml (for filling)

How to prepare
1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add the ghee to the flour and mix with the mixture. Add the yolk, vinegar and hot water with the fork. Cover the dough and leave for 2 hours to ferment.

2. Preparation of the filling: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the minced meat and onion, then cook the meat cooked with liquids, add the parsley, green pepper, salt and black pepper to the stuffing, and leave it aside.

3. In a small skillet, place the flour, egg and gradually whisk them with milk, add cheese to it, and leave the mixture cooked over medium heat stirring until the cheese melts. Add the mixture to the kofta.

4. Cut the dough into a large sheet of dough, until you get a 2 cm thick paper, then cut the dough sheet into large circles using a lid, cover the bottom and bottom half of each sheet with water, fill half the paper with the filler we have prepared, the first.
