Ingredients
- Meat fillet: 500 grams (longitudinal strips)
- Onion: 1 piece (finely sliced)
- Green Pepper: 1 piece (minced slices)
- Butter: a large spoon
- Olive oil: a large spoon
- Salt: teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese: 4 slices
- French bread: loaf (large and halved)
How to prepare
1. Heat the butter and oil in a wide skillet over the fire.
2. Add meat and salt, pepper and meatballs over high heat for 3 minutes until brown.
3. Reduce the fire, add the onion and green pepper and stir until the meat is cooked and the onion and pepper are cooked.
4. Spread the mixture in French bread and sliced cheese slices over it.
5. Heat the sandwiches on the grill until the cheese is sautéed and melted.
