Tajine of Cheese


Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 2 chest (free of bone, cut into cubes)
- Eggs: 6 beads
- Carrots: 2 cups (cubes)
- Potatoes: 2 cups (cubed)
- parsley: half cup (minced)
- Peas: a cup
- Toast bread: 5 pieces
- Cheddar cheese: cup
- Mozzarella cheese: a cup
- Onion: 1 piece (large size / minced)
- Oil: a quarter cup
- Spices problem: a teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
1. Put the oil in a saucepan over low heat, add the onion, stir it slightly until it wilts, and then add the chicken cubes and stir them with onions and oil until it withers.

2. Add half a teaspoon of spices to the mixture, stirring together for four to five minutes, then add the vegetables, potatoes, carrots and peas.

3. Add the rest of the spices and salt, cover the pot and let it simmer until the mixture is softened.

4. Beat the eggs with the remaining amount of salt, parsley, and then put the vegetables and chicken after maturing in the oven and serving the oven, and lay eggs as a layer above the layer vegetables and chicken.

5. Then put the bread after slicing into medium pieces, and then the yellow cheese and the cheese grated over the bread, with the oven into the oven preheated for ten minutes, or until the eggs are cooked, then lift on the grill until the cheese melts, forming a layer.
