Ingredients
- Corn: 2 cups (canned / washed and filtered)
- Olive oil: 3 tbsp
- Avocado: 1 piece (peeled and sliced)
- Balsamic vinegar: a large spoon
- spinach: 3 cups (minced coarse)
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

How to prepare

1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
