Chicken wings of The Moroccan Method of Recipe


Ingredients
- Chicken Wings: 750 g (Cleanser)
- Vegetable oil: a tablespoon and a half
- Paprika: a teaspoon (Crushed)
- Cumin: teaspoon (Crushed)
- Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon (Crushed)
Ginger: 1/4 teaspoon (Crushed)
- Turmeric: 1/4 teaspoon (Crushed)
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Yogurt milk: a cup (milkmilk)
- Lemon juice: 2 large tablespoons (for milk yogurt)
- Mint: a large spoon (finely chopped green / milkmilk)
- Green coriander: a large spoon (finely chopped / milk yogurt)
- Honey: a large spoon and a half (for milk yogurt)

How to prepare
1. Heat oven over 400 degrees.

2. Prepare the oven tray and the oven with aluminum foil.

3. Place the chicken wings in a bowl and spread the vegetable oil over it and my heart until it mixes.

4. In another bowl mix the cumin, paprika, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, salt and black pepper.

5. Sprinkle the mixture of spices on chicken wings with oil until covered with a mixture of spices from all sides.

6. Place the beaten wings in the oven tray and cook for 45 minutes until golden and ripe and then pour into the serving dish.

7. To prepare the milkmilk: Mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt, honey, mint and coriander until the ingredients are mixed.

8. Bake the mixture with salt and pepper as desired and feet along with grilled chicken wings.
