Red Fish Soup

Ingredients

  • - Fillet thickness: half a kilo (section)
  • - Fish broth: 3 cups
  • - Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Black pepper to taste
  • - Onion: 1 piece (large size / minced)
  • - Garlic: Vsan (mashed)
  • - Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
  • - tomatoes: 2 grains (peeled and cut)
  • - Hot red pepper: a horn
  • - Green Coriander: Large Spoon (minced)


How to prepare
1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan on the fire, then add the garlic, red pepper, salt, black pepper, stirring until the onions melt.

2. Add the fish and stir it, then a broth of fish sauce, tomato, stir quietly and leave the broth until boiling.

3. Reduce the fire, and leave the ingredients until the fish is cooked with the rest of the ingredients.

4. Add the lemon juice and then turn the fire on the soup.

5. Pour the soup into the serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green coriander.
